I've never understood the Sunday Scaries. I feel like I'm living out my childhood dream and genuinely believe I have the best job in the world. I'm a bubbly ball of creative energy with a soft spot for strategy, an obsession with pickup basketball, and the ability to hype you up in both English and Spanish.

My “Why”:

After being a lifelong animal nut, nothing could have prepared me for moving to Puerto Rico and witnessing the stray dog problem firsthand. Heart shattered. With over 650,000+ strays and a government that turns a blind eye to the issue, independent rescuers are the only lifeline for the abandoned animals of the island. 58 (and counting) rescues and fosters later, I have an extra drive for creating great work - earning enough to continue my (very expensive) rescue work. Currently I am the marketing lead for Souls of Satos rescue. I’ve roped in countless colleagues to my foster network and many more have adopted one of my “satos.” Want to join the club?

Job My Parents Think I Do:

Experimental advertising. Sounds cooler so I don’t correct them.

Best Work Story:

No one had a working knowledge of plumbing onsite so I was pulled in to fix Alicia Keys’s toilet in Bali. She called me an angel. I died on the spot.
